Asiavina is the market leader of electric fans in local Vietnam market. Like any other Asian markets, it has its own unique culture and trends, such as its colour trends. We spent a week in Vietnam to study and researched the market so that we understand the brand and users. We decided to use lime green as the main tone and evolutionized from its classic design to maintain the brand’s recognition.
In order to compete with the competitors offering lower price products options and strengthen the brand identity. We help them redesigned its core product range in a cost sensitive way: modularized the series to minimize the production cost and time. On the order hand, we also cleared out the inconsistent products to enhance the brand image through designs.
